An Administrative Note: Due to CRA regulations, MakeWay Foundation cannot accept gifts with any “restriction” attached, on behalf of the Ayalik Fund. This means that your donation, when it arrives at MakeWay Foundation may not be accompanied by a letter stating that the funds must be applied to any particular one of our programs, or to youths from a specific community, etc. If you have such a preference, please communicate with us directly, at info@ayalikfund.ca
Note to US Donors: Checks in US funds drawn on US banks are accepted in Canada. Or, if you wish to donate online using your US credit card, your contribution in Canadian dollars will be automatically translated to US dollars on your credit card statement, based on the current exchange rate (which presently is very favourable to the US dollar). Currently the Canadian dollar is quite stable, so that a donation of US$100 translates into a credit for the Ayalik Fund of approximately CDN$135. Donations of US$500 or more are eligible for a US tax receipt – in that event, please contact info@ayalikfund.ca for further instructions prior to making your donation.
